On February 10, 2026, Hillenbrand, Inc. was acquired by an affiliate of Lone Star, a leading investment firm advertising fund that invest globally in private equity, credit, and real estate. Hillenbrand is now a privately held company and no longer trades on the New York Stock Exchange.
